Regardless of visible damage, you must open and inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence. Note any issue on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the parcel if necessary.

If inspection was not conducted in front of the courier and damage or missing items are later found, please:

  • Keep the full original packaging (including sealing tape)
  • Report within 2 days after delivery (based on carrier delivery record)

The following circumstances are excluded from compensation:

4️⃣ Force Majeure

If customs requires documentation or tax payment and the recipient refuses to cooperate, resulting in return, destruction, or detention of the parcel, the recipient shall bear all consequences and losses.
