The return period for most items is within 7 days from the purchase date. As long as the return window is still open, you can select one or more returnable items per order for one free return.
2. 60-Day Free Temporary Storage for Procured Items
Free storage period: 60 days
Start date: From the day the warehouse signs for the items
If no request for shipment (by paying shipping fees) or any feedback is provided after 60 days, the items will be considered abandoned, and we will uniformly dispose of expired items.
3. Delivery Guarantee: 100% Door-to-Door Delivery

Shipping from China to our QC warehouse is on us. We handle 6 steps: agent purchasing, payment, signing, inspection, repackaging, and shipping. A 6% agent fee covers procurement, storage, and inspection costs. Products are at ex-factory prices with no markup (vs. 30–200% on other platforms), saving you money. After inspection, we provide 2 standard photos.
Total Cost for Sourcing Service = Product Price + International Shipping + Tariffs + Product Sourcing Service Fee (4～6%)
